Crofton’s Roasting Pan with Rack is back on this week’s Aldi Finds to make your Thanksgiving dinner memorable. At my home, this pan amazingly holds up the holiday turkey roast every once or twice a year during grand dinners.
Holidays are here, and presenting homemade roasted meat or baked ham is the norm. We bought this roasting pan around 2021, and we love using it during our Thanksgiving and Christmas family get-togethers.

Aldi’s Crofton Roasting Pan with Rack is back on the weekly finds for just $14.99. This roasting pan is ideal for a turkey weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6kg). It comes in a 2-piece set that includes the pan and a U-rack.
The dimensions of the Crofton Roasting Pan with Rack are 16’ x 12’’ x 3’’. The U-rack is elevated, so it drains excess grease and fat from the meat.
Aldi claims the roasting pan is Quan Tanium coated, and it is non sticky, which makes it easy to clean up. Like other Crofton awesome pans, cast iron pans, the Crofton Roasting Pan with Rack comes with a 2-year warranty. You get a user manual with the product with all the information needed.
From my personal experience, you must take certain steps to make it last longer without any damage. The Crofton Roasting Pan must be (or preferably) used for roasting meat only. I advise you to use a nonstick cooking spray over it before cooking.
I always hand wash the pan with a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratches, rusting, and peeling of the rack and the roasting pan. Avoid putting it in the dishwasher as well.
We use the Crofton Roasting Pan only once or twice a year, and I recommend the same frequency to you. After going through many customer reviews, I know this pan is not suitable for regular use.
