The correct way to use the Ambiano mini chopper is to understand how large cubes to put in to achieve efficient chop.

I used the large cubes for cucumbers and the small ones for peppers and onions. You have to use a smaller piece of onion, but it’s much better than chopping with a knife!! You do have to press kind of hard, but it’s worth it! 

I chopped four bell peppers and a large onion in just a few min. 

I use it several times a week for different veggies. My little chopper was busy at work over the weekend to make a lime cilantro marinade for shrimp and homemade salad dressing.

It is great for chopping cabbage, onions, and celery, grinding nuts, carrots, and cookies for topping sprinkles, hardboiled eggs, and much more.  

Works great for small amounts and goes right in the dishwasher easily.
